20 more for myself Sat the 8th. took about an hour on the water. Smallest was about 11 inches. Some sizeable fish hitting good ahead of these cold fronts. in about 16 feet of water chasing shad.

Little harder to pull off on 11/15 with 20 mph winds and lockjaw Crappie were I could find them but still managed a limit it just took longer and many bait color changes . Pink head Chartreuse body was the winner.

I took a nice limit home yesterday. I had way more than that but released the biggest ones. Too fun to catch in my opinion. All came on baby shad that i make or 1/16 oz. or the old cheap johnson crappie jigs.

11/22/25 Managed 18 and it took from 12pm till around 5 pm . They are quickly drawing water lake looked to be down about 5 feet in 2 days! Open water Crappie were on the bottom and harder to find. Fished Brushpiles and they were buried in them you had to sacrifice some jigs to get em.

Went yesterday & brough home a pretty nice limit too. They came in brush on baby shads, tubes & hair jigs. They wanted it more when fishing vertical yesterday. Yep had to add a new leader & head a bunch of times yesterday myself.
