Nice!

went to my cabin for a night and hit a couple of local places where I like to hit the bank/docks. Caught bunch of bugeyes and 4 9 to 10 inch keepers but tho bright out and 64 degrees cold nw wind made it unpleasant so I went to an area out of the wind and my buddy came up from Warrenton without his boat this time and we started fishing.
I moved to a few places where I knew there was brush and caught 11 to fill my limit including some solid big un's. my buddy struggled caught more smalls and kept only 3. but it was out of the wind and was really nice time. He went home to tend to his elderly dad but I stayed the night. took fish to my neighbor who I know loves them and does a lot for me. His grandkids especially love them some crappie.
Next morning I was supposed to hook up with my local buddy and fish a smaller lake but he was able to see a doctor suddenly so I ended up trying another lakes fishing dock but it was exposed and that wind dang near blew me into lake so I left and went back to where I knew it was protected.
there was a nice retired couple ahead of me and a guy and his elderly dad came right behind me. The couple were tearing them up and were sitting right on spot I whacked them at yesterday but oh well they were from Jeff city and hadn't been ketchn many so good for them. The other guys got into some good ones too.
I moved to another bit of brush I knew and caught several good ones. Moved to different places picking up one here and there. finally moved to a favorite spot and brush and really got into some good ones. only stayed for hour and half as had to drive home and make a couple stops.
Ended with 11 some real solid and couple not so much but would be good filets for neighbor at condo.

Good to see you out hammering some crappies. Bite is starting to pick up lately and you were able to find them. Wind certainly has been brisk the last few days.
Looks like a good mess to me. Good post and pics.
