Default Thursday at Smithville in the wind

Hadn't been fishing for the last few weeks. Garmin replaced my transducer so got the new one and hooked it up and got to try it out today. Worked pretty good!

Had to fight the wind but found some places out of the wind that had some decent ones. Several shorts tucked in there, too. Hard to tell the decent marks on the graph from the dinks so fished 'em all.

Glad your unit is working correctly now. Good job and some good catches.

Some nice chunky crappie there, perfect size for filleting.

Ope! Yup! That's twice in one day I forgot the plug!! Once in the boat, and once in the report!!

Forgot to put the plug in. Apparently I did enough running around where it would drain it before it got too bad.

And I haven't had this boat long enough to know if it feels "off" trying to get up on plane!

Finally "remembered" when I went to put my rod away and it was full of water! Turned the bilge pump on and she ran for a while!!

Thanks keeferfish thanked you for this post

Here I thought Bill was telling me to put a plug in it. Won't happen!
