    Nice lites..and a step also.
As a long time driver...hauled heavy equipment...that boat buckle strap will sever, if it stays in that position.
    Hopr it is temporary.

I thought that when I first got it. It’s somewhat rounded over and smooth right there so it’ll last a while. Probably replace at some point and remount for them.

The step above the box is part of the trailer, and I think it’s a smart idea.

If the winch stand can be moved forward a few inches, it might eliminate the strap coming into contact with the hull all together. Project is coming along nicely.

Thanks Mike, I’ll look into that. They’re already spaced some and could probably stand to be revisited. Carpet went in tonight.

Fiveeyes, I think this is what you and Speckled Slab spoke of the other day. I moved things around on the tongue and was able to move the winch post forward five inches which put the transom over the end of the bunk almost. I’m kinda wanting to shake it around on the road some before i try for the other 3/4” needed to get it exactly where I want it. Also carpeted the floor and still need to do the pedestal for the rear seat and wrap the hatch lid up front. Spent the day running yard sales with my Queen today so I got little else done. I was able to find another seat base and a strap for the trailer, new in the package and much needed and bought for peanuts. Some days you get lucky. I’ve gotten the base, swivel and also the insert for up front seating. Went thru all the trouble to mount the remaining millennium seats that were on the boat when I got it. Not a good idea. Bolted it all together with stainless stuff and knew I wasn’t going to have to revisit this again soon. Opened up the seat and sat down for the first time it’s held a body in years, and it split from side to side. Must admit I said some bad words. The other isn’t far behind , I’m sure. Also been fishing a little and catching the same, a little. but they’re fun anyway. And the Jon acted right. Good stuff there. Here’s a couple of pics of the progress and thanks for checkin in……Tim

The round spot in the back floor will be covered by the rear seat.
