Thread: Raccoon 10/12

Was on the water by 8:30am. Had to sort thru all the 8" crappie. They are holding out on the end of the tree tops. Brought home 10 that were around 10". I'm going to fry them up for my mom. Left around noon. Water temp. was 68° all were caught on crappie magnets black chartreuse seem to be the color of choice. Of course, they had a lil sauce added to them. They should start pulling the water down soon, which will hopefully turn the bigger fish on.

Curly good glad to see your catching them, deal water temp has went down 4 degs since we went. Sure would like to see them turn on, we got out there to late also buddy couldn't go until after 1pm. There sure seems to be a lot of 8 inch fish.
