You had me hooked, then I managed to spit the hook out when I saw that sauce on them.
A little freezer search this morning while wondering what to have for dinner produced some nice beef ribs. I decided to keep it real simple, I just trimmed them up a tad and seasoned them up with salt, pepper, and garlic. On the smoker @ 225 for a slow 6 hour cook. Sometimes less is more.. this is one of those times, so delicious. A side of seasoned collard greens, pasta salad and baked beans. Had the neighbor over because there was only two of us and there was plenty of food. No one complained! lol.
