shell series
Handcrafted from a wooden base with hand-sanded shell inlays, finished with a protective epoxy resin coating—truly beautiful.

I want to create a thread where I can document some of the handmade lure baits I've crafted. You're welcome to share your own creations here too. Feel free to ask me any questions about lure-making—I'll respond whenever I see them.

funbun thanked you for this post
Nature inspires, I craft. This wooden lure is part of my Floral Series — every bloom carefully placed, every detail unique. Would you fish it, or display it as art?

Blue,pink,or purple?
These four lures feature unique designs, serving not only as fishing baits but also as art pieces. They have a transparent resin coating that makes them both sleek and durable. You could even remove the hook and turn them into a necklace, keychain, or backpack charm—now that would be pretty cool!

You should PM Slab about starting your own blog under the "fishing blogs and personal blog" section.
Beautiful work.
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.
Awesome work
Very nice. Had a buddy I worked, fished and hunted with who got into making handmade lures and he got good enough he was selling some of them for 4-6 hundred bucks a pop. Some of the lures looked alive and like they had just came out of the water.
He made baits that looked like baby crappie, bluegill you name it they all looked real. He hand carved everything.
He also made custom oak mirrors and other items from wood.
