Thread: Good time at Shenango lake today

Found a school of nice big crappies while I hang glided one of my fall spots. Dropped a bouy and backed off and fished it with a jig and bobber. Non stop action. Most were 11” and better. Lots of fun on my Jenko hypertense 8ft rod. Small baits under small bobbers were the ticket.

So nice I went back out today. Got almost the same results. Caught a lot on my handtied micro jigs. These are 1/64 oz. Double rig under a sliding bobber. 7ft deep in 10 ft water. I tipped them with nibbles.
