    Default Bass First then Crappie Smithville 09/28/2025


    Son will be home this afternoon on leave from the Army, he's best man in wedding but took the week off to spend some time at home. He wants to fish of course so I had to try and find some. Went up the river and started out for bass, caught two decent ones and lost another. After that caught some nice crappie just checking a few spots. Caught a few PIGS and lost another crappie that had to be bigger (they always are). Hopefully I can get him on some this week!
