Default Kayak blue gilling the micro jig and slip float with gulp waxies

With the last of the good weather rolling in, I decided to leave the Lund and jon boat behind and take the kayak out for a change of pace. No gas power today ... just me, the paddle, and the slip float.I headed to one of the popular public spots in town and timed the trip around the solunar tables. It turned out to be a #DoubleTrigger day, with a minor period overlapping a solar window right near dusk ... perfect timing.Kayak Fishing Bluegill With Slip Floats produced steady action, with plenty of fish tagged, though many were on the smaller side. As the light faded, I switched over to the micro jig and worked the outside edges of the weedbed, picking up a few better fish to end the evening.A beautiful early evening on the water ... sometimes the kayak could really be the best approach

.... good news the weather is now saying summer like till october
