Default Crinkle or Vein paint? Confused

I finally ran out of my painted jig heads, so I was going to order some new paints and get started again. Is crinkle paint and vein paint the same thing? What kind of paint do I need?

    thanks

It’s different I believe,,,,I just make some silver crinkle painted jigheads this morning,,,temps are very touchy when trying to create the right effect,,,you get 1 shot and then throw the jig in scrap bucket…lol,,,,,utube has sonevideos of how it’s done, but basic dipping works if it’s done right,,,,good luck

I have both and they are different. Silver crinkle gets used more than any other color. The white/silver vein from Barlow's is excellent as well. On a lot of the jigs I paint I use the silver crinkle as the base coat and then dip into the white silver vein right after creating a silver, black and white jig. Brush tap more colors over that for more colors. Typically I use four colors on a jig.
