Thread: Recent Trips

Good morning, y'all,

Haven't posted in a while. Been pretty busy with school and football season starting up, but I've still managed to get in usually at least one trip a weekend. Posting a couple of pictures of what I've caught the last couple of Sunday's, including a pic of one that had a chunk taken out of his back and a nice 14" blacknose. The bite has been pretty tough; having a hard time getting them to hit even live minnows. Watched several swim up to my live minnow, look at it, and swim off. When I moved slowly away from them, they would follow it all the way to the top of the water but not hit it. However, each day, at about 11 AM, it's like a switch flipped, and they'd start biting. Hope all of you are getting to chance to get on the water!
