Thread: SAY WHAT ? A new crappie recipe ?

Yep kinda , the crappie were just some left over baked crispy filets that got tossed in the griller oven to crisp back up a bit .....nothing unusual ......
here in lies the "new" recipe part , I thought I should put some leftovers together for a just me meal and had a small amount of deep dish mac n cheese in the fridge with those filets .....
so here we go ....the ingredients list ....
2 large flour tortillas
4 medium sized baked crispy crappie filets
a little mayo
a little sweet relish
a little hot green salsa
a little tex mex shredded cheese
a bit of mozzarella too
a bit of sour cream
some diced fresh jalapeno
and a small slice of lime
some left over super heated baked mac n cheese with a bit of that there mozzarella on it ....
now as you will notice they were assembled as shown and then consumed ....
mind you this part , if you said you wanted a baked crispy crappie on a tortilla with some mac n cheese added to the taco and a bunch of other relish/topping items on this list ....
I would be in the prolly not today dept .....
but after a couple of mooseheads , my brave child came out to play and let me just say this about that ,,,,JUST WOW were them leftover crappie tacos the BOMB !
