Default Help with pricing Anchorman's boat ,,,

As many of you know Anchorman, aka Vic, passed away, RIP. His wife asked me for help and I'm no good at this kinda thing so I'm reaching out to all of you. Read below and lets please help Eileen out. Once she figures out pricing, this boat will likely be available for purchase. Thanks for all your help....Slab

"I’m reaching out to you again, for help. Decided to sell Vic’s boat. I was wondering if you could look over the photos and do a little research as to what price I might put on the boat. And maybe you would consider putting the boat on Crappie Virginia website within 50 miles from Mechanicsville (Richmond).

It is a 2006 Tracker Bass Pro 175 TX
    Mercury 60 HP, 4 stroke
We purchased the boat in 2008 for $6,100

You may see from the photos the paint is chipped. Vic put a new rug on portions of the boat. I do make sure the batteries are charged.

I have a lot of extras to throw in with this deal. The rods that are on the boat, the fishing net, and a fairly new boat cover.

I also have another Hummingbird monitor. I don’t think anything is wrong with it. Vic just wanted an upgrade.

I appreciate any advice you can give me selling the boat Vic loved so much to fish in.

    Eileen"

Here is one listed for 12k. Only a 50hp motor with really low hours. I think he got that boat for a great price for just being two years old at the time of purchase.

    Just a moment...

I'd say she could "ask" $7500 & let the buyer dicker her down to no less than $7000 (if buyer wants to negotiate the price, as most would likely want to do) ... and take any deal above the $7000 mark.

I honestly believe she can get more than they paid. 2008 was a bad year economically. I personally would not take less than what you have in it. Even though boat prices have come down some, they are still high in certain areas.

NADA boat values website can help with asking price. Good luck with the sale.

Likely worth a minimum of what the original price was is my guess and quite possibly maybe 25% more than that , pretty clean rig for sure

I know Vic took care of his things so I’m sure this is just fine. For what I’ve seen around me, the $7000 mark as a bottom price is fair.
