Guess they figured out it was old folks fished alone that was the bulk of fishermen . Have done away with the solo pass that was $72.00 and only sell the $100.00 pass to everybody. Some how a $30 increase on fixed income and a $30 dollar drop on the "youth " does not seam fair . Another 20 years they (state )will be in sad shape .
