    now mind ya this , there was almost a problem with it .....
    kuz she ketched sum and wanted a plate and then me wanted a sammitch .....
    problem solved ....one each please
    nothing terribly fancy , just some crappie filets ....
    a quick shake and a bake and a dozen prebreaded butterfly shrimp
    ......and let dem consumption games begin ....
    KABOOM
    waffle fries are optional .....kinda ....

    and yes her ballcap sez it awl ....

    Looks good to me. Do you normally bake your fish and shrimp? I have done it in the air fryer and it turned out decent. I have yet to find a way that's as good as fried but I need to start watching the waist line.

    Our homemade panko,cornmeal,breadcrumbs mix gets em right crispy more often than not , we bake about 95% of our fish and such , hard to beat deep fried though for sure
