Good looking peppers. We never have been able to have them fill out as good as the stores. I think we need more sunlight. Those stuffed peppers look delicious too.
I posted in my blog this picture of the first Bell Pepper harvest of the year the other day.
So this is how my bride stuffs Bell Peppers. I was working on the Skeeter almost all day and when I wasn't I was replacing the steering cable ambilocal on a X3 Motorguide Foot Control Trolling Motor.

Out of all the recipes we have tried and Stuffed Peppers we have eaten out these are by far the best. I can post the recipe if anyone wants...........She had to cut one more so none would fall over while cooking.

Bud I grow my peppers in the shade. They love shade. Lots of water & liquid fertilizer, mine are shaded from the morning sun and in total shade the second half of the day. Why they are behind the thick tomato plants in between the tomatoes and the house. You almost have to treat just like a tomato plant.
