    it is way past hard to explain how good they are
    a long time friend who runs a deer processor did them
    he is for sure the king of bratts ....
    good stuff , but not a crappie , just saying

    No need to explain how good they are to me, all deer processing here is done in house. venison brats is one that i make every year.. probably my favorite.

    them there jalapeno and cheese versions are just really all that ...
    they are specially nice if you can get them just done about perfect without splitting that skin
