So refreshing to watch a fishing video and not have to watch a screen the whole time! I’m going to be at Big Sandy in two weeks. What would you recommend on my setup? Jig color spinner head?

Thank you this is basically why I started the channel. I used to consume fishing content all the time on youtube and now most all crappie videos are just looking at a screen. I am just trying to create a niche of videos without FFS. I have lots of ideas and different techniques in mind going forward. I have a bluegill video I am editing now to hopefully release by the end of the week. Just keep watching and subscribe please.

I almost always use a spinner head unless I'm real shallow pulling over active males then I don't think it matters. Water should be normal and clear in 2 weeks. I would say pink heads with both monkey milk and solid chartruce would be where I start at.

Thanks Nutbush thanked you for this post

I said in one post the other day that the flicker shad suspends on the pause, just to clarify the one bait I was fishing with did not suspend, but actually sank slowly 1 inch per second. The new flicker shad I got rises about 1 inch per second. I don't know why the other one sinks, but a slow sink might be even better than a slow rise
