Sorry ... I copy/pasted the pics directly off a Facebook page and they're showing just fine on my post (to me).

Here's the link, but you probably have to have a Facebook account to see the pics ... Kentucky State Parks | Frankfort KY

It's probably 2 maybe 3 feet deep in that parking lot below the shelter. 2025 Holmes Bend Name: PXL_20250411_201043144.jpg

When they start pulling, it could be the end of May before summer pool is reached.

When they start pulling will depend on how long it takes the Green River below the dam to get back to normal levels ... but the Ohio River will have to get back down to normal levels before that. And Barren River Lake empties into the Green River along the way to the Ohio River, and Barren River Lake is also 30' above Summer Pool. Then there's Rough River Lake, which also empties into the Green River, and Rough River Lake is 41' above Summer Pool. They can't ALL empty out at 1ft/day at the same time, so it may take longer than until the end of May

If it's anything like the lakes here in Indiana. It will be back down to around normal by Memorial Weekend. You don't think they will let those recreational boaters suffer like they do us fishermen. Look at the $$ they would lose.
