    Default Kentucky Lake

April 26 through April 29 I’m going to be at Kentucky Lake fishing for the very first time going to be fishing Jonathan Creek and blood Creek area. I’m so excited. I have been there before and watched a crappie tournament weigh in. At Paris, Kentucky. I’m really looking forward to the trip down there just to kinda look at the lake and get to know the area for when I retire in a few years Lord willing. I don’t keep no fish. It’s just me and the wife And she don’t really eat fish so I don’t keep none. I’m from Ohio. I do keep a few once in a while up here for some people at our church. thank everyone for your help on areas where to stay and fish especially would like to thank Doug and Croppie papa for all their help. Stay blessed and safe🙏🏻🎣

That’s a very good time to be there. Crappie are nearing the end of their spawn but bluegills and catfish will be biting like crazy. Don’t hesitate to fish in less than five foot water. Night crawlers will put some nice fish in the boat at that time. Look for high spots on weedy humps.
