Starting a youtube channel
Hey everyone. Like the rest of you, I hated to see the App go away. So easy to communicate with all of the locals in real time. Anyway, I retired last summer and just started a youtube channel for my cheapskate adventures in the woods and on the water. I still have a couple of years before I reach 60, so I know you guys can share some wisdom with me. I had never owned a gopro until a month ago and don't have facebook or instagram account. It is all just for pure entertainment. But, if you are interested at all, give me a look. You will see some familiar places. just learning so feel free to comment good or bad.
It is called "Chasing Critters Outdoors". I am a Georgia boy who was transferred to the Charlotte area years ago. I live in South Carolina, but fish both Carolinas and Georgia.

Be careful Pawpaw, those landmarks on the bank will reveal your secret spots. Hahaha

I went and checked your channel. You've got a new subscriber. I enjoy the videos. I agree with tackleboat don't give away your spots. Don't show the bank. You going to the sportsman's classic this weekend at the fairgrounds in Columbia? By the way I'm the one that asked which lake you were fishing in one of your videos. Good luck with your new channel.

I watched a couple. You did great with the camera work. You did good with the talking also. You’re off to a good start with your channel. Looking forward to more videos. You could have a guest, I thinking Wylie (Jeremy).

He doesn’t have time for anything these days. Trying to feed a family in this age keeps one busy. He has a channel but hasn’t posted anything in months. I don’t have a clue what I am doing, but it is fun. Gonna be making some trips for outdoor adventures with family in Georgia soon and bouncing around the Carolinas too. Haven’t really hammered the fish this Spring yet, although I have several packs of fillets in the freezer. Been putting the fatties back to let them lay out their eggs. Maybe, I will keep some more post spawn. Going to camp at Greenwood next week to turkey hunt in the morning and fish the afternoons for a couple of days. I hope to get some new footage.
