Came to C.c after leaving a couple of other fishing sites, simply because it was centered on Crappie fishing. Got here around 1999-2000 and fell in love with the whole deal, warts & all, because of the "idea" of it. Shortly after joining I began to see some shenanigans going on, foul language, porn pics/links, etc. and saw that Ed was having to try and take care of all that by himself. I volunteered to be a "ghost" moderator & help clean up things, ban troublemakers, delete the garbage, etc., which I did for several years. Fast forward to now & here I am, and here I plan to stay & help in any way I can for the sole reasons that I love Crappie fishing & I have skin in the game of keeping this site clean & "family friendly".
