Ketcun, get you a Breknell Electro Samsun hand held scales. A little more pricey than some but the accuracy is off the charts. I've been told they are accurate enough to be certified by Ag. Dept. for certified weights. Can't gurantee that but took mine to my local grocery and put it to the test with their certified scales and it was spot on. Scott
