They make adjustable pedestal seat post. Shouldn't be to hard to find one that would work for you.

Gang,
new guy here looking for some advice.. My back really cant take sitting in my seat for long periods. Looking to upgrade to a leaning post/bump seat solution. My current seats have the 2 3/8" aluminum posts.. Work fine, just too short!! Any suggestions from folks who fish a lot?
thx

So, are you looking for a "power pedestal" AND a "bump seat" .... or just a bump seat ?? And are you wanting to somewhat "sit" on the seat, or simply "lean" against a backdrop seat ??
I had the power pedestal and the "bicycle seat", but never used them but once or twice & didn't care for them. I gave them to my buddy's son to use in his boat (for bowfishing). They came with the boat when I bought it from a longtime friend, and I don't even remember the brand of the pedestal.
With what you're saying you want, I'd suggest the BPS Pro Qualifier Backstop Pro Butt Seat. I say that Butt Seat over some of the others (less & more expensive ones) because it has a less rounded back. Believing that the less rounded back would be more comfortable to lean against & less prone to swivel (& potentially send you overboard) is the reasoning behind that choice.
And again, I have no experience with this setup & am only going on overall cost & comfort ... by simple reasoning on the comfort aspect.
As for the power pedestal ... you might want to consider the Attwood Wedge ( Amazon.com ) and choose the height adjustment according to your height.
