    I agree with this tremendous recognition of Brother "G." Along the same line: I might suggest adding a Michael Carter Memorial award for members who demonstrate recognizable ingenuity, participation, and brotherly love throughout the year. This could be a co-recognition award, especially since there are so many great and consistently performing individuals hereabout.
