Thread: Trim time

After trimming up a bag I tied up some gadwall using #4, 6 and 8 hooks. These will be added to the 500 or so other jigs in my tackle bag for this mornings trip. Probably tie on a #6 to start with. Gadwall is a dark barred feather compared to mallard, have better success with it the last few years. Ice is probably off the lake now so hopefully they are hungry.
