    Default Comfort food


    Snow and Ice storm yesterday produced this

    Hash Browns with chopped bacon, topped with American Cheese and two over easy eggs. Added a side of Garlic toast topped with mozzarella and broiled in da oven.

    That's the kinda Breakfast I call "Breakfast of Champions" I may only be able to look but not touch, that's ok for now. I really don't know how long I will be able to hold out. Doctor approved scrambled eggs, tamales, 20 minute grits, & cheese if all mashed together.

    Desperate times ahead, I may post one nasty looking bowl of food.

    We eat a fair share of eggs ,toast , bacon and potatoes at our place and don’t even get me started on how much cheese we consume
    Nothing much beats a big plate of eggs and tators ….
