    Hey Jim, when you paint those heads, you just mix all the colors together.

    Each color is put on separate and then after reheating paint on jig for a couple seconds I use a bodkin to swirl the colors around on the head mixing the colors together. After baking the paint is hard, really hard to chip even bouncing heads on concrete. Tested it on the sidewalk in front of my house and made 20 casts including retrieval on side walk and no chips, just a few scratches on the head.
