    Glad that you roughed it out and the fish made it worth the trip. I’ve launched in 24 and 27* but I probably wouldn’t do that now. Y’all that do it regularly have my respect.

    I Hear That Brother! I'm a wait for the 35 degree morning to warm up. I catch anytime of day so no 35 degree boat rides for me.

    Ice season here will go into early April I would guess, was drilling through 30” last few times out…. That being said ice is never fully safe two guys drown on two separate lakes last week.

    We were down to six inches. Four black and the rest white +/-. I needed planks to get back in, in the afternoon. The shorelines are gone. I could go north chasing ice, but I have lots to do for spring.
    Lets fish it!
