    Default Early under cork

I had a terrible day bass fishing Saturday so I decided to make a short exploratory trip to Indian Creek Sunday morning. I ended up catching 8 under cork in very shallow water. This is the earliest I can ever remember catching any in the shallows. Problem is, I have no skill at picking spawning coves/banks. Over the years, I have only found 3 there. Retirement can't come soon enough so I can do more exploring.

Livescope doesn’t help in shallow water?

I am sure there are some who use it that way. I have never tried.

I've used my FFS in as little as 5 ft of water. Once I find brush with shallow fish. I adjust my settings for the best return. I cant wait until they are under a cork! Should be very soon, in some areas.
