I'm still trying out various combos using fiber while attempting a shad shape. Here's a few recent ones:

    Thanks guys.

    I think they'll catch.
It looks like some good weather for 10 days or so. Get to do some testing!

    Sweet ties!
The best thing my dad ever gave me was his love of fishing.

That top jig was an attempt to match the colors of a shad. It has white, black and yellow along with some silver.

Rezz the jigs look great but your delivery of them is top notch, that's a nice little studio effect the jigs are sitting in.

    Thanks, grumpy.

I've been trying to take better pictures and the light box helps quite a bit.

Still far from perfect but they get the idea across. I've about decided to not sweat the little imperfections. It helps not to zoom in too far so every hair shows.

This fiber in particular, and most other materials will have some flaws in it. Wild! Hairs and such are really aggravating me during picture taking, but I've about decided to not sweat small stuff.

The main thing is, the fish like it. That's been proven on the water so I've developed an attitude to look at it from the fish's point of view.

Nice ties. I like the bottom jig but you’re right it is all dependent upon what the fish like.
