    I agree Happy. There’s some made that I find through BPS for trout with a single hook. Much more weedless and safer when you’re unhooking them. They all work good. I like the lighter models of any of the blade baits cuz I can slow down the roll and aggravate more fish doing so. We have no white bass or white crappie here but some good hybrids show up now and then.

    I also prefer a lighter lure for a slower presentation, crappie will chase but generally their strike range is smaller compared to a bass and something swimming by slowly will get more bites
