    Default Jig injecting


    Had a few injections that was hollow on the inside of jig, it was poured good the jigs looked great but they were hollow on the inside, what causes that?

    Make sure that before you shoot your mold that you shoot a little bit of your plastic into your Pyrex cup you warning,to make sure all the air is out of the injector so always shoot a little bit of plastic out before you shoot the mold. Make sure that yours syringe or injector is warm. Make sure that your mold is warm before you shoot .

    snake river I had a hot plate out there with mold and injector and mixing block on top of it, but I did not shoot any out, but from not on I will, thanks for the advice.
