Make sure you post some pictures when you get going there we definitely like to see some of your work.

I have 5 of them molds and can shoot 4 with a 4oz dual injector.

Wow I was thinking it was not big enough, maybe I need to order more molds, how many jigs can you get out of 1 gallon of plastic?

Just starting out kinda makes that a tough question with the learning curve associated learning just the right temps without scorching plastic getting your colors dialed in etc takes some time and wasted plastic we all have went through it that being said i still have no clue but its in the thousands plastisol goes a long way just make sure you stir it often and use a thermal thermometer to check temps often after you do it a while there will be a timeclock in your head and you will know when it's ready to pour i like 320-350 range.
