I saw that several days ago on Facebook.
Now, as to the "accuracy" of the story: first off, from the pictures I'm kinda inclined to think the fish is a hybrid (b/w cross), just from the coloration arraignment of the sides of the fish. But they are kinda washed out & that could be caused by the time spent in the bucket, or the water temp of the pond. And I'm sure the ODW would be accurate in their analysis.
Secondly: whomever wrote the "Summary" (whether it was Mr McNally or AI) needs some more Math teaching.... a 3.91# fish is NOT 1/10# heavier than a 3.90# fish
.... it's 1/100# heavier.
