Default lvs 32 and 34 fish size

Question for the board. I asked this already on bass boat central. I'm having an issue sizing fish on the lvs 34 vs lvs 32. I prefer the clarity of the 34 so I'm not going back, but I did fish with a buddy a few weeks back and I could size fish much more easily on the 32. I kept the same settings when I switched to the 34 last May. I run color gain around 85 and gain about 60-65 depending on the day. Has anyone had a similar issue with the 34 and if so have you figured out a solution?

There is a weak zone in the 34 from about 10' - 30' . Sucks as fish look much better beyond 30' but get smaller as you get closer. Been complaing about this since it came out but like you not going back to the 32 even though I still own 2 because of clarity and distance and it's better in shallower water. Scott

I've got the 32. Haven't seen the 34 other than YouTube etc but the 32 works so I'm keeping it. I may upgrade in few years. But I don't think the 34 is worth the extra money now.
