    Default New jigs

These are something new I tried yesterday. Idea popped into my head after coming back from the fly shop to stock up on some palmer chenille and thought how about you try a hackle and palmer chenille body, no chenille body. Tried them together, a bit awkward trying to keep the hackle and palmer chenille lined up straight while wrapping up the hook but it worked. Couple pics shown under uv light. I'll get better but like the results. Name: IMG_5746.jpg

Those look good Jim. Really like how they look under the UV light.

    Very nice combo.

How did you make the two-tone tail?

Yesterday I started trying to wrap two colors of palmer chenille and hackle together but too difficult to keep three materials straight while wrapping so wrapped the two palmer chenilles along the body and wrapped the hackle in at the collar. These are 1/16 and last pic is 3/32. Name: IMG_5756.jpg
