    For the Ladies who visit Crappie.com is the latest quilt my wife finished. It is a "Block of the Month" project. I'm going to post past & present quilts in this thread.

    That is a very nice piece of art. Just curious, how many hrs went into the design???

    Bud I don't know how many hours but there is always 5-6 quilts in some state of progress daily. This one one has been here for a year.

    Wow. It is beautiful. I remember when I was young, My grandma on Moms side was always working on quilts. Either cutting material or stitching them together. And them things were like sleeping under a sheet of lead, Heavy...There always seemed to be announcements in the classified ads of quilting Bees going on too. It is a lost art fore sure...
