Homemade Fresh Peach Scones
I was just a bystander today as my Pennsylvania Dutch Bride threw down with her baking skills. From scratch, melt in your mouth, explosions of fresh Peaches in every bite goodness. I had to share a picture. Before it was over I put down 5 with a cup of coffee. I'm glad I took the picture before the seconds trip.

The pan came from King Arthur Flour Company. That is the little Scone pan, we bought both. On the Peaches I posted a while back when I was processing the peaches I bought from Mathis Peach Stand in Meridian Ms. The Peaches that I sliced, preserved, flash frozen, & vacuum packed it what she cubed up to make these scones. Man, the peaches taste like I just sliced them. Fantastic way to preserve fresh Peaches for freezing.
