    I just bought a Legalis LT 1000 to pair with this rod. If there is such a thing as a budget JDM setup, this should qualify!

    I'm big on quality BUT with a budget!

    definitely interested in the new 6'8 version that is supposed to be out by the summer of 2025....Love anything UL between 6'8 and 7'2.....

    I like the quality of the rods like that but 7’ is a bit long for where I fish. My 5’6” and 6’ get a lot of play. Hope y’all enjoy the new rods. Gives you something to look forward to.

    I've learned that I prefer rods that are 6'2" or 6'3" in general. I do have a 7ft Major Craft TripleCross that I love for several applications, mainly bank fishing.
