Hi,
I'm fairly new to tying crappie hair jigs. I have most of what I need but am looking for other sources to purchase materials through. In the past I've used Barlow's Tackle and Nimrods Tackle on Ebay. Nimrods does quite a bit of sourcing which results in more shipping fees.
I'm in need of a source for various size eyes, chinelle and feathers.
This is a hobby for me, I'm not interested in selling them. I'll end up giving away more than I keep for myself.
I only fish the two best days of the year, when its raining and when its not!
I get jig heads from Simply Crappie.
Most of the other stuff can be found on Amazon.
Another place is Caddis Fly Shop. Good prices, fast shipping, and a good selection of material.

Woods and Water outdoors is my go to place for chenille and feathers. Good prices and everything I have ever got from them is excellent quality.

Hopefully, one of the moderators will spin them upright. Thank you Moderators in advance.
FEEL-N-CRAPPIE, Hope this helps you as well as others out. Like I said, there are a lot more out there, I just don't have them. Good luck on your search. Be sure to post up your creations...

90% of my materials come from Nimrods, Barlows and Woods & Water. I use to really like Barlows because it was 5 minutes from my job. They went mail order only due to Covid and they never opened their doors again. I hate paying for shipping when they are right their. I love Woods & Water but I have a lifetime supply of most items and his minimum $10 shipping cost means I need to spend at least $50 to make it worth it. I no longer place large orders because I am already overstocked.

One that I didn't see listed is Crazy Angler Tackle. I've been buying from him since 2009 and very happy with his products. Definitely worth a look. Just placed an order with him this week, I was out of Texas Toast chenille which is the bomb of chenille's, best stuff I've ever used. When I went to check out I found out it was on sale ,50% off so I ordered more. I don't tie as much as I used to but still ordered a skein of it. Great prices as well.

Thank you JIM, don't know why I didn't have him on there, as I have bought from him myself. HE is now for sure. As I said, IT's not a complete list, but am working on it.
