    Default Thanks to LV Spinfisher

After reading his post about the Presso AGS Italian Special I started digging around researching the rod. After many hours of net sleuthing I came to a conclusion that the rod is the same as the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition. Of course LVSpinfisher's review had a lot to do with this decision. So this morning I ordered one. I have been wanting a rod with AGS guides for years. Had one on oder that was getting ready to ship when Covid hit and all shipping out of Japan stopped. After 6 months order was cancelled and money refunded. In the end I guess I am glad as the latest version of this rod blows older models out of the water. While I will not to say this will be my last JDM rod order, but it very likely could be. So I wanted to go out with a bang....LOL. Of course I will do a full review after I get the rod and get on the water. For those of us who buy JDM gear these post by different folks on here are extremely valuable in helping one make a decision. Life is good!

    Congrats!
I’m looking forward to your review . I’ve read those are awesome rods.

I keep saying I’m finished buying rods and I’ll go awhile before giving in .
I’ve been looking at the TFO Pastime Trout and Panfish.
I’m waiting to see if I get a gift card for Christmas.

What's up with the emojis I'm seeing in a lot of posts lately? Scott

Although the Presso Ags excelled as it was intended, after successfully landed over a dozen stocker trout in "Area" fashion, I'm too anxious to see how it perform out in the crappie/panfish arena where Randy is truly an expert. Oh and thanks for the shout out, Alphahawk!

Have no clue. Post came from the app which is TapaTalk. TapaTalk has always been buggy. It’s been around forever but it’s always been buggy.

Not sure it's so much the app as it is using the emojis on an iPhone, and not the site's emojis. Something about Unicode differences from sender to receiver.

Why would this be your last JDM rod purchase? You're the JDM king, you can’t quit!
