    Default Headed to Coffeen…

Drove to Coffeen, to find out it was closed for deer hunting. Headed back south to Bond. Fished deep laydown. Remembered my depth finder today. Fish hanging around 8-10 feet close to brush and wood. Name: IMG_5913.jpg

Gerdy - Your gonna make me get a sticker for Bond! Dang you!! It's only 30'ish minutes away.
Silver lake is still chocolate milk, and watching out for the waterfowlers, although it's only 10 minutes away. I'm contemplating kincaid sunday. You have me second guessing now! Well, and the predicted rain.

You know anything about patriots lake/park? Any fish? Permit/sticker needed?
    Drinkin coffee, missin fish.

I fish patriots for Trout in the fall. It has a few crappie. Nice bluegill. You need a sticker.

Thank you! I’ll get a sticker in a few weeks, no point getting one now, will expire soon.

Went to patriots lake today. Nice little lake. Lots of laydowns. Bank fished by the ramp and spillway, nothing.
Those two spots didn’t seem very deep.
Strong South “breeze” today, lake didn’t seem to choppy. That was my main reason for going, see how it was with the wind.

Went to Coffeen yesterday. No crappie, lost one largemouth at the boat. Couple thumps, no takers.
    Wind - yes
    Rain - yes
Lake was up some, part of the walkway, for the fishing dock(by the ramp), was underwater.
    Clarity -[emoji6]’
