    Default I’m a weak man

I have more rods than I have placed to store them. I made the mistake of looking at rods while I was at the best local tackle shop, Bitters B&T. For the first time I found a complete spread of Presso rods from short to long. When I find them it’s usually the longer version. I was finally able to handle a 5’6” UL model and couldn’t put it down. I need another rod that size like I need a hole in the head but here we go. Very light and good action that I think is fast. It sits on my workbench waiting to be dressed with one of my reels of the same name and I start taking a hard look at which ones need a new home. More to come on that later but for now you can shake your head while you think of my inability to keep my hands in my pockets. Thanks for the visit and I hope y’all stay warm. It’s extra cold just about everywhere. Til next time…….Skeet

Congrats on the new Presso rod .
I know how it is with the tackle monkey that’s always hanging around.
I have wayyyyyyy too many rods .
But wanted to try a TFO Trout and Panfish II in 6’6” .
It was supposed to be here yesterday but FedEx has possibly lost it . They tell me if I don’t receive it by the 10th I can get a refund. WTH ?
Hope you enjoy your new rod , can’t wait to hear about the sliming.

I'm sure there are worst things you could spend money on. Congrats on the rod. May it bring you many fish and memories.

Tim , just remember, it’s never about need .
If it were need , we’d only own a couple.
And that, would be boring .
    Enjoy !

Skeet, after messing around with various fishing rods for over 30 years one would think they should all feel same in hand, but that's not true is it? They have what the French call "Je ne sais quoi", meaning I gotta have ONE!!..lol.
