    Default Thai Crappie Fish Soup

Ran at another Crappie Soup. This soup has a coconut milk, fresh grated ginger, fresh lime, & fresh cilantro base to it. Very flavorful. Really a Asian Crappie Vegetable Soup. Loaded with Bok Choy, Mushrooms, thin sliced Purple Onions, Elephant Garlic, diced Tomatoes and more. Fully cooked Shrimp are added with the large volume of Crappie fillets. Vegetable soup base is used for background added flavor as well as 2 tablespoons of a quality Fish Sauce.

The PF Chang's Chili sauce was added at the table. This Chili sauce is fantastic.

yeah, I should have posted a warning in the title. Sorry bud. If and consolation the mushrooms were not needed. I think extra Bok Choy would have been better.
