Simply Crappie (Bugman) is a great source for jig heads. It's been my go-to for quite a while, I'm never disappointed.
Good selection, great quality and fast service.

Those Hercules jig heads look similar to these power minnow jig heads I got, they only come with 2 jig heads per 10 pack of minnows. Might be a good replacement. I've seen some people say lead jigs work just as well as painted and some say color matters. What's ya'lls take on that?

Thank you Max for the heads up and continued business i appreciate you and all my loyal customers....the hercules heads are somewhat pricey because they have to be with those 2x mustad they cost me a ton per 1000 but if you like heavy hooks they are the ticket super sharp and there aint a crappie that has ever swam that will bend those hooks as far as painted vs lead i can't help but think color sure aint gonna do any harm so these days if i drop a jighead in the water it has some color on it.

These are the Berkley power minnow jig heads, they don't sell them seperate from the 10 pack, the hooks look pretty similar in thickness, I like the wire keeper, prefer a #4 hook and 1/16

I made the switch to wire keepers several years ago they're not near as rough on plastics as the lead barb, the hooks look similar but different somehow to the mustads i make the hercules heads out of.

One of the few things that I believe 100% is that color matters when it comes to painting heads. If the color of soft plastics or hand ties matter then so does the head color.
