Default I had to try a Bang Bang Crappie & Grits Breakfast

4 Crappie fillets all alone in the fridge, unhappy they missed the Bang Bang Crappie Shrimp meal. I took Pity on them and put 3 pats of unsalted butter in a skillet this morning. Once the butter melted I added 2 Tsp Members Mark Bang Bang seasoning & 1/2 Tsp Sesame Chili oil then waited for the butter to simmer the seasonings. Once I saw just a bit of browning to the seasonings I threw in the Crappie fillets topping with 3 short shakes of soy sauce.

All this is going on while some Jim Dandy 20 minute grits are cooking on the other range. I cooked the fillets till flaking a bit on the edges before flipping.

Once the fillets were getting close I started frying my eggs. Adding the eggs to the dish with a runny yoke made for a delicious breakfast.

Plating up beginning with the grits, then Crappie, a bit of the butter is then drizzled around over the top before 2 fried eggs are adding crowning the caloric creation. Man, it was sure good.

I Know Right! I just love it for breakfast. If for dinner I fry the grits for presentation as I'm hosting guests if cooking in the evening.
