UPDATE after seeing my doc, getting x-rays and some advice on how to deal with these sleeping issues I am doing very well. Going to cardio this morning but I am figuring out dosages of sleeping stuff and breathing normally again, most of the time. On very warm day yesterday took my wife to LSL and a drive to look for fall foliage I saw that was brilliant and then we took a nice boat ride with new friend Jeff and caught a few dinks in areas out of wind. had a great day.
