Default CHEAPEST way to mail jigs?

I need a little help on this, I mail jigs all over the country. I used to slap a few stamps on a small envelope, but some post offices said that wouldn’t work, the next step up that I used was a $6 package with tracking. I see people on eb*y mail jigs for a couple of bucks. Just wanted to see how everyone else does it , Thanks!

I use a regular yellow envelope. I believe that they are 6 x 7 or something like that with it usually cost me about five dollars to ship anywhere in the US. I’m assuming that I don’t know how many jigs you’re putting in the envelope but we usually put two or 3 pounds in our envelopes, if you need exact measurement, we can get it for you in this ship my regular Postal Service

It's cheaper when you print you're own labels than going to post office. I probably save over a buck when I print my own.

Post Office flat rate boxes. Small one cost $10 to ship anywhere in U.S. 70 pound limit.
